Refund and Cancellation Policy

·       Customers who wish to cancel an order should do so within 2 days of receiving order confirmation, by email to homedcorr@gmail.com

·       We take all care from wood selection to manufacturing and finishing high quality products.


·       We can provide images, videos of the ordered items, while in making and ready-products, before dispatch and clients can check what they ordered and what they are going to receive.

 

·       We may not accept refund/returns in case of liking issues, this is completely at company’s discretion.

 

·   All our furniture orders are customized to client’s requirement, we do not accept cancellation of orders for liking or personal issues. If the order is cancelled by the client, advance paid would not be returned.

 

·       Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days after placing the order.   We can only make refunds to the original payment received by our bank, without banking charges. We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days from the receipt of your cancellation information.

 

·       However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of making them.

 

·       As the Products are made-to-order, so no refund or exchange will be done.
